Thank you for booking your appointment with Lyons Structural Therapy. Your practitioner will be Joshua Lyons.
Please read the information below, which provides location, rates and what to expect at your first appointment.
If this is your first appointment with me, please fill out the health history form below, prior to your appointment.
Location:
My office is unit 206 in the Medical Building at 800 Bathurst Street.
If you’re coming by subway, 800 Bathurst is just across the street from the main entrance of Bathurst subway station.
If you’re coming by car please leave a bit of extra time to find parking. There are lots of options: a green P lot on Markham, paid parking on Bloor and Bathurst, or you can look for free parking in the residential streets. I’ve often had success finding parking on Euclid just South of Bloor.
If you arrive and the front door is locked please send me a text or call and I’ll let you in.
Clothing:
Women usually wear loose fitting sports shorts and a tank top or T-shirt for sessions.
Men usually wear loose fitting sports shorts and go shirtless for sessions.
The room is heated so you won't be cold.
At the first session we will review your health history, then I will leave you to get changed and we will do the session.
My rates:
Single session $140.
Five sessions paid for in advance $600.
I accept cash, cheque and e-transfer. I can’t process debit and credit cards.
COVID and Flu:
If you have any cold or flu symptoms please let me know and we can reschedule our appointment at no charge.
