PAIN AND MOBILITY TREATMENT
Pain, restricted range of motion and postural problems caused by injury, surgery or daily wear-and-tear can be drastically improved through Structural Integration.
Structural Integration is a form of manual therapy developed by Ida P. Rolf. The Structural Integration practitioner uses their hands to identify and release restrictions in their clients’ muscles and fascia so that the body is able to move with more efficiency, comfort and balance.
Some of the most common conditions I work with are:
Frozen shoulder
Neck and shoulder pain
Sciatica and pseudo sciatica (piriformis syndrome)
Hip pain
Hip replacement (surgery prevention and post-surgery rehabilitation)
Knee replacement (surgery prevention and post-surgery rehabilitation)
Plantar fasciitis
Problems of balance related to lower limb joint restrictions
TMJ (temporomandibular joint syndrome)
