Every Tuesday evening at 8:45pm Eastern time, join Josh as he does his gentle stretching routine.
You can follow along or do your own thing.
This stretching routine is slow paced and kind to your body.
A fundamental need for our physical health is to have supple muscles. Muscles that are supple respond well to dynamic physical demands, rest completely, are less likely to injure, and recover more quickly when intense activity or injury have happened.
In this ongoing weekly class practice the stretching routine that Josh does himself and shares with his clients. This routine is gentle, easy to learn and - over time - extremely effective in making our muscles more supple, improving range and quality of motion, and improving our physical health and coordination.
When: Every Tuesday evening, 8:45pm Eastern for 45 minutes
